Dr. Sarah Mitchell

Dr. Sarah Mitchell is a board-certified hepatologist and gastroenterologist with over 15 years of experience in clinical practice and research. She serves as the Editor-in-Chief of FattyLiverDX, where she oversees all medical content to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Dr. Mitchell completed her medical degree at Harvard Medical School and her fellowship in hepatology at Massachusetts General Hospital. Her research focuses on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), with particular emphasis on early detection and intervention strategies.
